Refund policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. Once a payment goes through it is not returned, cancelled or reversed, in any case.
What that means
The moment you pay, that whole day comes off the market. There is one card a day, so nobody else can book that day, we hold it for you, and a human reviews your card. That work is done and that day is spent whether or not you later change your mind, so there is nothing left to give back.
- Changed your mind after paying: no refund.
- Cancelled your booking before the day ran: no refund.
- Booked the wrong day, or uploaded the wrong photo: no refund.
- The day already ran: no refund.
- Your card was rejected in review, reported, or removed for breaking our content guidelines: no refund.
- You booked a day, paid, then decided not to use it: no refund.
- You fell out with the birthday person: no refund. Not our department.
Content that breaks the rules
This is worth saying twice, because it is where people ask. If your card is rejected in review, reported and removed, or taken down at any time because it breaks the guidelines, the payment stays with us. That covers nudity, sexual or adult content, a photo of someone who did not agree to be there, minors, slurs, harassment, threats, doxxing, illegal or misleading content, photos you have no right to upload, and advertising.
You agree to all three consent statements at checkout, before you pay. Reviewing an entry, holding the day off the market and taking a card down cost us the same whether the content was fine or not. The photo is deleted from our storage, and repeat uploads get the email address blocked.
There are no exceptions
A completed booking is not refunded, in any circumstance you can invoke. Nothing can take a booked day away from you once it is paid for, so there is no case in which we owe you money back for a day you bought.
The one thing that is not a policy at all: if we take your money and, through a fault on our side, the day is not available to you, we refund it. That is us fixing our own mistake. We send those back over UPI, by hand, to the account the payment came from — usually within a few hours of us spotting it, and always without you having to ask.
There is a case that looks like a refund and is not one. If we cannot match your payment against our bank statement, we reject it and your day goes back on sale — but we have not taken any money, so there is nothing to send back. If money did leave your account in that situation, do not pay again: reply to the email we send you and we will find it.
Before you pay
Check the day, the photo and the message on the confirmation step. That screen is the last point at which anything can be changed, because after payment it cannot.
If something goes wrong on our side
This policy is about refunds, not about us failing to deliver. If a technical failure on our side means your card never displayed at all, with the reference code from your confirmation email and we will put your card up on another day.
